SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your order will be manufactured on demand in our atelier. Please allows us 10-20 working days to proceed this individual creating with the appropriate attention.

Your order will be shipped to you by DHL with a tracking ID number.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge and will take 1-2 days.

For all other countries it is free of charge for orders over 300 € and will take an estimated time of 5-7 days.

If it should be longer, due to destination or circumstances, but your tracking ID should provide you with information on the whereabouts of your shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide.

We will notify you if cancellation occurs. 

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. 

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. JeanneSousan is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and deliver

Please note that extra charges may apply outside of Germany.

Prices shown on our website do not include taxes and duties.

All orders will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid.

Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country to which it is being shipped.

Since our items are  MADE TO ORDER please understand that we cannot take it back.

ONE OF ONE pieces, LOUNGEWEAR items can be returned within 8 days of receipt, provided they are in ORIGINAL CONDITION, with all labels and seals.

This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

For this purpose, it is MANDATORY to arrange the return in in ADVANCE BY MAIL with us. We can only accept prepaid returns with tracking and insurance done. Shipments damaged or lost in transit are not at our expense. The customer bears the costs of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
