Since our items are MADE TO ORDER please understand that we cannot take it back, customised products cannot be exchanged.
As soon as the payment amount has been credited to our account, we will start production and can no longer cancel orders.

The only exceptions are ONE OF ONE pieces, LOUNGEWEAR items.These can be returned within 8 days of receipt, provided they are in ORIGINAL CONDITION, with all labels and seals attached as delivered. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
There must be no marks from trying on the models.
For this purpose, it is MANDATORY to arrange the return in ADVANCE BY MAIL with us. We can only accept prepaid returns with tracking and insurance done. Shipments damaged or lost in transit are not at our expense. The customer bears the costs of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
