ONE OF ONE pieces can be returned within 8 days of receipt… provided they are in ORIGINAL CONDITION, with all labels and seals.

For this purpose, it is MANDATORY to arrange the return IN ADVANCE with us BY E-MAIL.

We can only accept prepaid returns with tracking and insurance done. Shipments damaged or lost in transit are not at our expense. The customer bears the costs of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your order will be shipped to you by DHL with a tracking ID number.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge and will take 1-2 days. For all other countries it is free of charge for orders over 300 € and an estimated time of 5-7 days.
