Please take the body measurements with a measuring tape 
over your underwear ::

Chest  ……….            widest part of the bust circumference

Waist  ……….            narrowest circumference horizontal

Hips  ………….            widest circumference across the buttocks (this measurement can be positioned very differently in height)
